In February 2023 Miller-Brown Consulting Ltd acquired The Graze Girls, www.thegrazegirls.co.uk a specialist event caterer providing grazing tables and grazing boards to clients in the South East. September 2023 sees the launch of Miller-Brown Fine Dining & Event Planning providing bespoke Private Dining and exceptional Event Catering. The catering solutions offer effortless entertaining solutions for any event.
The management consultancy side to the business continues to provide solution driven, multidisciplinary and strategic-thinking management consultancy by invitation to support owner managed and stakeholder driven SME's. Based in Kent and South West London we work across the South East. Our core focus is business growth.
We help create and deliver the change management structures e.g. to enable growth in turnover from £1m to £10m+ or provide a project management resource to solve an immediate challenge or capitalise on a new opportunity.
Our skill set includes business development and marketing to support sales, financial planning from a P&L, balance sheet and cash flow perspective, human resources strategy management, compliance and risk management systems.

Founder and Principal

Hugo has more than 25 years experience working with SME’s from startup through growth to maturity. He believes that if a business really wants to excel it has to be willing to invest in a change management strategy which will enable sustainable growth including business development plans, financial planning, human resources, statutory compliance and risk management systems. It is hard work. It will work.
In addition to other adventures earlier in his career he has been:

Commercial Director of a Temporary Recruitment business which was scaled from £1m to £8m in turnover

Managing Director of an award winning caterer whose turnover was increased by 30% to £9m during his tenure. The caterer was a subsidiary of a group of companies which turned over £40m .

Operations Director at one of the UK's most prestigious luxury event caterers.
Hugo completed Cranfield University's Business Growth Plan in 2018 and has been a Company Director registered at Companies House without significant interruption for over 20 years.
Hugo has managed and supported events at Royal Palaces, UNESCO World Heritage sites and at other national and international venues including Ascot Racecourse, The Tower of London, Guildhall, the Royal Albert Hall, Blenheim Palace, Kensington Palace, St James' Palace, Wembley Stadium, London Stadium, Sky Garden, The Natural History Museum, The Victoria and Albert Museum, The Royal Academy of Arts and Somerset House.
