People are at the heart of every business. The UK is experiencing a labour crisis post-Brexit. We are not aware of a single industry which is saying it is easy to attract and retain fantastic candidates. The cost of employee attrition can cost over 15% of salary for each lost worker before the cost of onboarding and training a new worker or their reduced efficiency during probation is factored in.
